Mai 2026 der Ausflug der Gesellschaft Museum zum Deutschen Burgenmuseum auf der Veste Heldburg statt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Im Vorfeld sprach nichts f\u00fcr einen sonnigen Ausflugstag \u2013 die Eisheiligen hatten wochenlang f\u00fcr eine k\u00fchle und feuchte Wetterlage gesorgt. Am Ausflugs-Sonntag war uns jedoch der Wettergott hold und lie\u00df schon am fr\u00fchen Morgen die Sonne scheinen, die einen wonnigen Maitag versprach. An der Meistersingerhalle starteten wir mit einem Kleinbus zum historischen Grenzort zwischen Franken und Th\u00fcringen, fuhren \u00fcber das Gr\u00fcne Band \u2013 der ehemalige Grenzstreifen der innerdeutschen Teilung \u2013 und sahen dann in der Ferne die stolze Veste Heldburg auftauchen, die in 405 Meter H\u00f6he auf einem Vulkankegel thront.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-5181 size-square alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/Bad_Rodach_CO_-_Gr_Georgenberg_-_Henneberger_Warte_-_Veste_Heldburg_v_NW_02-180x180.jpg\" alt=\"Bad_Rodach,_CO_-_Gr_Georgenberg_-_Henneberger_Warte_-_Veste_Heldburg_v_NW_02\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/Bad_Rodach_CO_-_Gr_Georgenberg_-_Henneberger_Warte_-_Veste_Heldburg_v_NW_02-180x180.jpg 180w, https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/Bad_Rodach_CO_-_Gr_Georgenberg_-_Henneberger_Warte_-_Veste_Heldburg_v_NW_02-80x80.jpg 80w, https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/Bad_Rodach_CO_-_Gr_Georgenberg_-_Henneberger_Warte_-_Veste_Heldburg_v_NW_02-36x36.jpg 36w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001829;\">Heute ist sie Sitz des Deutschen Burgenmuseums, das Einblick in die Geschichte der Herrschaft zwischen dem 17. und 19. Jahrhundert gibt.<\/span> Dieser s\u00fcdlichste Zipfel Th\u00fcringens war bis ins 18. Jahrhundert fr\u00e4nkisch und so ist neben dem fr\u00e4nkischen Dialekt auch die Back- und Brautradition \u00e4hnlicher Natur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-5187 size-square alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/IMG_20260517_113616_602-180x180.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20260517_113616_602\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/IMG_20260517_113616_602-180x180.jpg 180w, https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/IMG_20260517_113616_602-80x80.jpg 80w, https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/IMG_20260517_113616_602-36x36.jpg 36w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><span style=\"color: #001829;\">Nach unserer Ankunft auf der Veste Heldburg, die auch liebevoll \u201eFr\u00e4nkische Leuchte\u201c genannt wird,<\/span> begr\u00fc\u00dfte uns ein engagierter G\u00e4stef\u00fchrer und zeigte uns in einem detailreichen und interessanten Rundgang die R\u00e4umlichkeiten der von der franz\u00f6sischen Renaissance gepr\u00e4gten Burganlage. Trotz eines Schlossbrandes in den 80iger Jahren konnte hier ein informatives Museum entstehen und so erfuhren wir Spannendes \u00fcber Burganlagen, R\u00fcstungen, Waffen, Kemenaten, Kinderspielzeuge aus Ton und Speiser\u00e4ume mit historischen L\u00f6ffeln. Gabeln gab es zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht, die sollten erst viel sp\u00e4ter in Gebrauch genommen werden. Unser Besteck wartete nach der F\u00fchrung samt Braten, Kl\u00f6\u00dfen und anderen th\u00fcringischen K\u00f6stlichkeiten im Burgrestaurant auf uns, wo wir den Mittagstisch mit Blick auf das weite Th\u00fcringer Becken einnahmen. Bei klarer Sicht ist auch die 15 Kilometer entfernte Veste Coburg zu sehen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-5204 size-square alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/IMG_20260517_153828_184-180x180.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20260517_153828_184\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/IMG_20260517_153828_184-180x180.jpg 180w, https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/IMG_20260517_153828_184-80x80.jpg 80w, https:\/\/gesellschaft-museum.de\/kultur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/IMG_20260517_153828_184-36x36.jpg 36w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001829;\">Nach der Mittagspause ging es mit dem Bus weiter in die kleine Fachwerkstadt Se\u00dflach.<\/span> Dort wartete der G\u00e4stef\u00fchrer im historischen Gewand auf uns, um uns die gut erhaltenen und aufw\u00e4ndig sanierten Fachwerke und Gefache zu zeigen. Wir sahen farbiges Schmuckfachwerk, den Wohlstand ank\u00fcndigende Andreaskreuze und facettenreiche Holzgravuren auf den Fassaden der liebevoll restaurierten und Geschichten erz\u00e4hlenden Fachwerkh\u00e4user.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001829;\">An einer historischen Brauerei angelangt,<\/span> prangte ein Schild f\u00fcr die Bierabholer und so z\u00fcckte der G\u00e4stef\u00fchrer einen passenden Schl\u00fcssel und zeigte uns die Braukessel \u2013 was lag da n\u00e4her f\u00fcr einige Bierliebhaber unter uns im Anschluss ein kleines F\u00e4sschen mit dem s\u00fcffigen Genussmittel unterm Arm zum Bus zu tragen.<\/p>\n<p>Dort dr\u00e4ngte der Busfahrer zum Aufbruch und so mussten wir leider ohne die eingeplante Kaffeepause den Heimweg antreten. <span style=\"color: #001829;\">Beim n\u00e4chsten Mal werden wir daher ein St\u00fcndchen mehr einplanen \u2013 schlie\u00dflich wollen wir nicht \u201eeilen\u201c, sondern an sch\u00f6nen Orten wie diesen \u201everweilen\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001829;\"><strong>Bis dahin eine gute Zeit.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
